RADCOFLEX manufactures a wide variety of corrugated hose (also known as convoluted hose) generally supplied as a component of an assembly. The metal hoses can be supplied unbraided, single or double wire braided depending upon the pressure capability required.
Corrugated metal hoses are manufactured from relatively thin walls of butt welded tubes into which rounded corrugations are formed. The hose flexes through the movement of the metal corrugations.
They are suitable for a wide range of applications in the steelmaking, chemical, smelting, petrochemical, automotive, materials handling and power generation industries, among others. These hoses can be used for the conveyance of fluids and gases, the correction of misalignments, as well as the absorption of movements and vibrations.

A corrugated flexible metallic hose with standard pitch annular corrugations, hydroformed from butt welded precision tube. The depth and shape of the corrugations provides good flexibility and cycle life.
PARCOR is ideal for the conveyance of liquids and gases in a wide range of temperatures from cryogenic -200°C to over +500°C, however note as the temperature rises the pressure capability rating of the hose reduces.
In addition, the U-shape of the corrugations gives the hose a self draining feature, of particular interest in the food, plastics and bitumen industries requiring regular hose cleaning.
A corrugated flexible metallic hose with close pitch, low height corrugations mechanically formed from continuous in-line butt welded tube. A layer of close weave metallic wire braid is added to the outside of the hose to enhance the pressure capability of the hose.
LOCOR is ideal for the conveyance of liquids and gases in a wide range of temperatures from cyrogenic -200°C to over +500°C, however note as the temperature rises the pressure capability rating of the hose reduces.
A corrugated flexible metallic hose with close pitch omega shape annular corrugations, hydroformed from butt welded precision tube. The depth and shape of the corrugations provides excellent flexibility and cycle life.
The hydroforming with water as the forming medium enables the corrugation to be formed from thicker material and allows for the preferable deeper corrugations.

Corrugated flexible metal hose with close pitch annular corrugations from a heavy wall butt-welded tube. The hose is re-inforced by two metallic wire braids. The second layer of braid is from a thick gauge stainless steel wire to ensure optimum pressure capability.
HPC is ideal for the conveyance of all fluids at elevated pressures within a wide range of temperatures. HPC being inherently leakproof is suitable for high pressure and heavy duty applications, in many instances replacing high pressure rubber hydraulic hose in high temperature environments.
